Omni Geneius operates the website at domain. All our policies (including Terms and condition, Privacy and Shipping and Refunds) should be read as a whole and would be treated as one unit of Policy and should not be read or understood in isolation.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds


Hereunder if not otherwise mentioned “Goods/Products” means and includes the purchased items and are used interchangeably;

“Parcel” means packaged product;

“Purchase protection” means such days within which you can dispute, refund or return your product generally thirty (30) days from the date shipping;




Please note, pre-order booking (for products about to launch) will be treated separately from regular on stock orders, as far as shipping charges are concerned i.e. pre-order booking for products cannot be branched with in-stock order to avail in store discounts or reduced shipping charges. Pre-order products, as and when available will be shipped separately.

Please note: All prices for Pre-Orders are subject to change. If we have to change a pre quoted price you will be notified and given an opportunity to cancel your order.


Please note: While a customer makes a Pre-Order and waits for the Product(s) to be developed, during this wait period the Buyer protection programmes directly provided by certain Payment Gateway Providers i.e. PayPal etc. may expire or not be applicable after a certain number of days have passed. Please check with the Payment Gateway provider directly if you are concerned on Buyer protection. However, in any case Omni Geneius Limited will oblige in full to its terms and will issue refunds, cancellations or alternatives where committed and applicable. Tax/levies are included in the payable, where applicable and we may as per our discretion display tax, price, and levies separately. If you require all details separately then please do not hesitate to check with us by email:



Back Orders or Pre-order when out of Stock.

If your product is not in stock, we will take your order and will update you as soon as we have stock, (unless you hear from us to the contrary). You can always mail us if you do not like to wait and we will cancel the Back Order.

If part of your order is in stock and part out of stock, we will hold your order for a day or two pending restocks, but if we do not expect a restock in the next day or two we will send what we have and refund the balance amount with regard to unavailable stock (unless we are unable to get restocks, then we will inform you).

Making a Purchase

You can choose a product, by browsing our catalogue, and or by click on any product that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order” and you will be asked for a few details that is required before completing the purchase, details - like your full name, address, zip or area code, contact details etc. and lastly payment details.  If you have already set up an account with details, in our site, then you can directly go for payment post selecting products.



Shipping, Returns & Policies of Omni GENEius

Please note if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to thirty (30) days from the date of shipping. You must inform us about your wish to return the products with reasons and upon approval you can return the same to the address provided by us. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. 


Shipping and Handling charges are listed during checkout for your country.

Please note that orders may be subject to Customs charges and/or import duties/ Octroi /Other levies. If you are in doubt as to whether these charges will apply to you please check with your countries/provincial tax and levies regulation before placing an order.

The amount we will charge depends on the weight, size of parcel and that of destination, we may advise you (over email) regarding the payable charges, as is applicable and we will ask for your agreement. If you then do not wish to continue with the order then we will issue a refund, including any charges. We will endeavour to indicate certain category of products, that are subject to this extra levies and taxes as the case may be.


You must request for return within thirty (30) days from date of shipping.  If thirty (30) days have passed since your shipping date, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you do not receive your product/goods within 20 days from the date of shipment, do send us an email or call us and we will take appropriate actions including issuing a refund where applicable or extending purchase protection for such days, as per your preference.


To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (identical condition). It must also be in the original packaging and you must return all freebies.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers,
  • Newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
  • We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods,
  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Some health and personal care products

(Note: we do not trade in these product mentioned above)


Additional non-returnable products:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, please check with us by email before returning any item.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape
  • software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any product that is returned more than 30 days after shipment date



Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product with all accessories and freebies. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund against, returned parcel.

If your request for refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive an email to this effect, subject to banks/financial institution  processing time, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment ( that includes debit or credit card, e banking etc.), within  fifteen (15) days.



Refund Issues

Generally bank/financial institution takes maximum of fifteen (15) days to process payment. If you do not get a refund after fifteen (15) days from the date we have processed it, and then please do contact your bank.  Also in such an instance we will be happy to share transaction details, to validate the refund, please write to us at in this regard.



Sale products (if applicable)

Regular priced products are subject to refund policy; products available under discounted sale cannot be refunded but may be replaced or exchanged subject to fulfilment of conditions just like other products.



Replacement/Exchanges (if applicable)

Please note; like most other products there is minor percentage of chance that products may have tolerance, damage in transit or production defect, if you find any such rare case, we will be happy to send you a replacement part or the entire item, and we will also pay you for the return postage cost of the product being returned.

If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email at  with the appropriate image(s) attached and on our approval we will provide you the returns address to send the product back to us. We will arrange for replacement once we receive the returned product.

We will pay for the return shipping charges if the product is a manufacturing defect or not as described by us, where we will bear the shipping charges.

Your feedback is valuable to us to make our products the best they can, not only as they are in gameplay but also in appearance and to keep improving them, and at the same time keeping it reasonable, accessible and premium for all.



If you are a recipient of your friends or relatives, purchase product(s) marked as “gift”, then you need to contact the person who has gifted the product to you, to send us email from his /her registered address for such issue and we will issue a “gift certificate” to you for the value of the product once you ship the product back to us after our confirmation. With the “gift certificate” you can purchase other products directly from our site for the indicated value.

If the product is not marked as “gift” and is posted to you by your friends or relative then your friends or relatives need to do all the formalities including contacting us for approval of return and returning the product to our address and then he/she will be able to claim refund or exchange/replacement subject to our approval.



Return Shipping

To return your product, please send us an email at and we will provide you the closest returns address to send the product back to us. You will be responsible for return shipping charges, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or not as described by us, where we will bear the shipping charges.


If we arrange for return shipping, then the shipping cost will be deducted from your total refundable amount, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or not as described by us, where we will bear the shipping charges.


Depending on where you live and transportation issues if any, your delivery/exchange will take such time.


If you are shipping a product valued more than $75, we recommend you to use a track-able shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t have the ability to ensure a safe delivery while in post, while lost or damage in transit in not very uncommon.



Right to Cancel:

You have the right to ask for full refund (of the amount paid) if the product is not shipped from our warehouse after fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase. All postage costs will be deducted if a product is already shipped or in transit when you cancel the order.  You must notify us of your intent to cancel.

Return of a purchased product will need to be arranged directly with the Seller in accordance with their returns policy.

Returned products must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice and freebies if any. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

We may introduce other Payment Gateway providers in the Future and if so, they will be declared on our checkout page.



Faulty products

You must inform us that you have received a faulty product within thirty (30) days from shipment date, to get a resolution. Replacement of product or Refund is available – as per the customer request.

If the return is for faulty, damaged or incorrect product/goods, please contact us immediately with any details of nature of any fault(s), your order number or Payment Provider transaction no., email address or phone number.

Please allow up to maximum three (3) working days from the first point of contact to assess the issue and provide you the best resolution that you are comfortable with, before returning products.

Once your problem is assessed we will provide you further information on returning products.

If the product is not found to have any fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will be issued, and you may approach the manufacturer for warranty claims if it’s covered or buy a new one from us if applicable.

Please note the Buyer is not responsible for return shipping costs and insurance, if the product has a manufacturing defect or not as described by us, we will bear the shipping charges in such an instance.



Discrepancy in order, shipments and Substitutes

In the event of receiving an incorrect order or a substitute product, please contact us immediately with clear identifiable details, your order number or Payment Provider transaction no., email address or phone number, discrepancy from original or as per description. We apologise for such an instance and we will be glad to arrange a replacement or refund per your choice.

Please return the product in its original condition, and upon receipt we will process a full refund including postage costs.

We recommend that you re-purchase your product from our Shop under a separate transaction and if possible we will provide you a discount against your new purchase.



Shipping Details & product delivery

Orders will be despatched via your chosen method of post of Standard/Airmail or Express delivery etc. We aim to ship most products the same day, if the order is placed before 11am, if not we will despatch all orders within 2 working days against which transaction is verified or validated. Based on your choice of postage some Parcel deliveries must be signed for.

To ensure your purchase is protected it will only be delivered to an address registered as per your transaction and account details i.e. PayPal etc.



Tracking your order

Tracking Number and Postal information will be provided where applicable to you to track your product in the course of delivery.

You can track the progress of your delivery with your tracking number by contacting the assigned courier via telephone or website, and you will be able to know the parcel location or delivery status. E.g. “dispatched from warehouse”, “On the way” etc.


The above policies do not affect your statutory rights and remedies.
